Pacific Hotel & Spa

I stayed at the hotel for 17 days, lovely hotel, excellent chef, food was amazing. What made my stay exceptional was the staff, receptionists, cleaning staff, waiters, always smiling, always going out of their way to to make sure I had everything I needed from organising day trips to answering any questions I had. I thoroughly recommend this hotel!

The staff members from, front office, housekeeping, F & B, the spa/massage were nice, kind, friendly, caring and attentive 10/10. They looked after us, made us feel like home. Thank you. The building is Khmer achitectural beautifully designed, fantastic pool and gym, the food and drinks were amazing. Sadly, the hotel would be more vibrant if tourism returns.

The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. They upgraded our room and even surprised us with a birthday cake for my wife & I! To top it off the staff came to our room to sing happy birthday; it was really nice. They were the friendliest staff that I’ve ever had at any hotel. The facilities was very clean and appealing.

Could have some more vegetarian options for breakfast. Staff was very very good and helpful.

Overall, the customer service was great. No hassle in checking in. Swimming pool was big and clean. the breakfast was good. We had early breakfast as we got to catch eaely flight. Airport transfer was provided without any charges.
